“I've been shooting and printing film for about five years now and these images are a part of a group of work I shot that focuses on perception of the female form in a way that I feel is playful as well as provocative.”

Mandy Cohen grew up in the friendly suburb of Plymouth, Minnesota and at 18 moved to Minneapolis to continually change majors at the University of Minnesota and explore the city through bus lines. Two years ago Mandy received her BA in English and soon after moved to Brooklyn, NY where she spends her days doodling and her nights working as a server/bartender.
