Katie Wild graduated from UConn in 2012 with a BFA in painting and illustration and a BA in English. She then completed a post-baccalaureate certificate year at SMFA, followed by an MFA in painting at UMass Dartmouth. Since earning her Masters in 2015, she has received a grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation, an artist residency at CAC Woodside, and an artist residency at the Vermont Studio Center. She has also taught at UMass Dartmouth, MassArt, CCRI and BHCC and continues to teach. Her work has been shown in various group, invitation-only, and solo exhibitions, and is currently represented by the Abigail Ogilvy Gallery in Boston, MA.
